You know how it is when you have one of those "big" tasks hanging over your head? It needs to be done when you have enough time to get from start to finish without major interruption. Defrosting, cleaning out, and organizing the freezer was one of those tasks. We did it Saturday, and it sure feels good to have it done! It's also nice to know what's in the freezer and exactly where to find it. :)
